त्वं त्यमिटतो रथमिन्द्र प्रावः सुतावतः। अशृणोः सोमिनो हवम्॥

Transliteration

tvaṁ tyamiṭato rathamindra prāvaḥ sutāvataḥ | aśṛṇoḥ somino havam ||

Translation

FOR Ita's sake who pressed the juice, thou, Indra, didst protect his car, And hear the Soma-giver's call.

त्वं मखस्य दोधतः शिरोऽव त्वचो भरः। अगच्छः सोमिनो गृहम्॥

Transliteration

tvaṁ makhasya dodhataḥ śiro'va tvaco bharaḥ | agacchaḥ somino gṛham ||

Translation

Thou from his skin hast borne the head of the swift-moving combatant, And sought the Soma-pourer's home.

Transliteration

tvaṁ tyamindra martyamāstrabudhnāya venyam | muhuḥ śrathnā manasyave ||

Translation

Venya, that mortal man, hast thou, for Astrabudhna the devout, O Indra, many a time set free.

त्वं त्यमिन्द्र सूर्यं पश्चा सन्तं पुरस्कृधि। देवानां चित्तिरो वशम्॥

Transliteration

tvaṁ tyamindra sūryaṁ paścā santaṁ puraskṛdhi | devānāṁ cittiro vaśam ||

Translation

Bring, Indra, to the east again that Sun who now is in the west, Even against the will of Gods.
