पुनानो अक्रमीदभि विश्वा मृधो विचर्षणिः। शुम्भन्ति विप्रं धीतिभिः॥

Transliteration

punāno akramīdabhi viśvā mṛdho vicarṣaṇiḥ | śumbhanti vipraṁ dhītibhiḥ ||

Translation

THE Very Active hath assailed, while purified, all enemies: They deck the Sage with holy songs.

आ योनिमरुणो रुहद्गमदिन्द्रं वृषा सुतः। ध्रुवे सदसि सीदति॥

Transliteration

ā yonimaruṇo ruhadgamadindraṁ vṛṣā sutaḥ | dhruve sadasi sīdati ||

Translation

The Red hath mounted to his place; to India, goes the mighty juice: He settles in his firm abode.

नू नो रयिं महामिन्दोऽस्मभ्यं सोम विश्वतः। आ पवस्व सहस्रिणम्॥

Transliteration

nū no rayiṁ mahāmindo'smabhyaṁ soma viśvataḥ | ā pavasva sahasriṇam ||

Translation

O Indu, Soma, send us now great opulence from every side, Pour on us treasures thousandfold.

Transliteration

viśvā soma pavamāna dyumnānīndavā bhara | vidāḥ sahasriṇīriṣaḥ ||

Translation

O Soma Pavamana, bring, Indu, all splcndours hitherward: Find for us food in boundless store.

स नः पुनान आ भर रयिं स्तोत्रे सुवीर्यम्। जरितुर्वर्धया गिरः॥

Transliteration

sa naḥ punāna ā bhara rayiṁ stotre suvīryam | jariturvardhayā giraḥ ||

Translation

As thou art cleansed, bring hero strength and riches to thy worshipper, And prosper thou the singer's hymns.

O Indu, Soma, being cleansed, bring hither riches doublypiled, Wealth, mighty Indu, meet for lauds.
