पुरूरुणा चिद्ध्यस्त्यवो नूनं वां वरुण। मित्र वंसि वां सुमतिम्॥
Transliterationpurūruṇā ciddhyastyavo nūnaṁ vāṁ varuṇa | mitra vaṁsi vāṁ sumatim ||
TranslationEVEN far and wide, O Varuna and Mitra, doth your grace extend. May I obtain your kind good-will.

Transliterationtā vāṁ samyagadruhvāṇeṣamaśyāma dhāyase | vayaṁ te rudrā syāma ||
TranslationFrom you, benignant Gods, may we gain fully food for sustenance. Such, O ye Rudras, my we be.
