अग्ने जुषस्व नो हविः पुरोळाशं जातवेदः। प्रातःसावे धियावसो॥

Transliteration

agne juṣasva no haviḥ puroḻāśaṁ jātavedaḥ | prātaḥsāve dhiyāvaso ||

Translation

AGNI who knowest all, accept our offering and the cake of meal, At dawn's libation, rich in prayer!

पुरोळा अग्ने पचतस्तुभ्यं वा घा परिष्कृतः। तं जुषस्व यविष्ठ्य॥

Transliteration

puroḻā agne pacatastubhyaṁ vā ghā pariṣkṛtaḥ | taṁ juṣasva yaviṣṭhya ||

Translation

Agni, the sacrificial cake hath been prepared and dressed for thee: Accept it, O Most Youthful God.

अग्ने वीहि पुरोळाशमाहुतं तिरोअह्न्यम्। सहसः सूनुरस्यध्वरे हितः॥

Transliteration

agne vīhi puroḻāśamāhutaṁ tiroahnyam | sahasaḥ sūnurasyadhvare hitaḥ ||

Translation

Agni, enjoy the cake of meal and our oblation three days old: Thou, Son of Strength, art stablished at our sacrifice.

माध्यंदिने सवने जातवेदः पुरोळाशमिह कवे जुषस्व। अग्ने यह्वस्य तव भागधेयं न प्र मिनन्ति विदथेषु धीराः॥

Transliteration

mādhyaṁdine savane jātavedaḥ puroḻāśamiha kave juṣasva | agne yahvasya tava bhāgadheyaṁ na pra minanti vidatheṣu dhīrāḥ ||

Translation

Here at the midday sacrifice enjoy thou the sacrificial cake, wise, Jatavedas! Agni, the sages in assemblies never minish the portion due to thee the Mighty.

अग्ने तृतीये सवने हि कानिषः पुरोळाशं सहसः सूनवाहुतम्। अथा देवेष्वध्वरं विपन्यया धा रत्नवन्तममृतेषु जागृविम्॥

Transliteration

agne tṛtīye savane hi kāniṣaḥ puroḻāśaṁ sahasaḥ sūnavāhutam | athā deveṣvadhvaraṁ vipanyayā dhā ratnavantamamṛteṣu jāgṛvim ||

Translation

O Agni, at the third libation takewith joy the offered cake of sacrifice, thou, Son of Strength. Through skill in song bear to the Gods our sacrifice, watchful and fraught with riches, to Immortal God.

Transliteration

agne vṛdhāna āhutiṁ puroḻāśaṁ jātavedaḥ | juṣasva tiroahnyam ||

Translation

O waxing Agni, knower, thou, of all, accept our gifts, the cake, And that prepared ere yesterday.
